Some answers to your frequently asked questions are here.

Do you make your products and essential oils?

We would love to, but most essential oils are imported and made at their origin, meaning most essential oil companies throughout the UK all source from the same international suppliers. We decided that selecting a reputable UK supplier with over 10 years of experience in sourcing quality products, would allow us to focus on what we do best in the spa environment. Plus it allows us to keep the cost affordable for you.

We do offer workshops in spa on making some aromatherapy products, and blend oils tailored to suit your needs during treatments.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard Royal Mail shipping will take 5-7 working days, this includes dispatch times. Please allow longer for busy holiday periods such as Christmas. Working days are Monday to Friday, exclude bank holidays and orders must be placed before 4pm each working day or your order will be processed the following working day. Example, if you order after 4pm on Friday, your order will be processed the following Monday.

COVID-19 SHIPPING AND DISPATCH TIMES: Please be aware that due to royal mail delays, and social distancing rules, times may take longer to process.

Can you gift wrap as gifts?

We carefully wrap all our orders with tissue paper and packaging so it is presented lovely. if you would like to add a message with your order as a gift just add the message in the comments during checkout.

Can I reserve or back order products?

Unfortunately not. If we find that an item is out of stock when we come to process your order, we will refund you for the item.

Why was I refunded for part of my order?

We try our best to ensure the online stock reflects our actual stock but on the rare occasion an item is our of stock then we will refund the out of stock items.

Do you keep all your stock at your location?

We do stock all items at our St Davids Spa.

Can I collect my order from the St Davids Spa for free?

We now offer a free click and collect option at checkout. Please see our opening hours for suitable collection times. However please do contact us if you’d like to arrange a specific collection time and day.

I want to report a damaged item

You have 24 hours to report a damage in transit. We will require photo evidence. Please follow our returns policy here.

If your item if faulty, they have 6 months warranty. Please follow our fair use and returns policy here.

I want to return my items

Please see our returns policy here. You have 21 days to inform us of your returns. Please be aware that as most of our products are cosmetic use, some items may not be eligible for return. Items returned without prior written notice can not be refunded.

Are you using sustainable packaging?

Yes! we use recycled and recyclable packaging. Cardboard boxes, natural package filler, paper tape, and recyclable plastic postal bags to ensure safe dry delivery. Products are selected for their recyclable glass/ aluminium or plastic recyclable packaging too!
